Your working environment

📄 Short contract (CDD 3 months) based in the historic former Citroën garage in Lyon 7.
🏢 Ideally located – tram stop just outside the building, metro stations nearby, and only a short walk from Place Bellecour.

🏠 Flexible remote work policy – 2 to 3 days of remote work per week.

 

🚀The role 

As an Internal Communications & People Experience Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Comms & Change to design and deliver impactful communication initiatives and engaging employee experiences. Your role will be key in connecting our people to our vision, bringing our values to life, and supporting our transformation journey.

🤝 Vous aurez pour missions : 

  1. Internal Communications

⋆ Manage and animate internal communication channels (Intranet, Microsoft Teams, Town Halls, etc.).

⋆ Support the planning and communication of company-wide events (Pet@Work, End-of-Year celebration, internal campaigns).

⋆ Ensure all messaging is clear, consistent, engaging, and aligned with our company culture and strategic goals.

⋆ Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness.

2. Employee Experience

⋆ Design and coordinate initiatives to enhance employee engagement (events, wellbeing activities, internal campaigns), in collaboration with HR Business Partners, Marketing, and Facilities teams.

⋆ Lead and support key internal programs:

  • Pet@Work policy

  • StarPawer recognition program

  • Annual employee survey (preparation, launch, communications, and follow-up)

  • Ambassadors program (support and activation)

⋆ Bring creativity and fresh perspectives to deliver a meaningful, memorable, and consistent employee experience across all locations.

⋆ Act as a connector by surfacing feedback and concerns and ensuring they are addressed.

⋆ Contribute to fostering a culture of openness, adaptability, and continuous improvement

Job requirements

Profile We’re Looking For

💪 To succeed in this role, you will need to:

⋆ Experience: 3–5 years in communications, HR/employee experience, or change management (agency or corporate).

⋆ Data and insight-driven approach: able to collect, analyze, and leverage feedback/metrics to improve communications and experiences continuously.

⋆ Tools: Comfortable with digital communication tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, intranet platforms, Canva or equivalent for visuals).

Fluent English (written and spoken) is required, as the role involves regular communication with international teams.
